Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our BCI technology
  • Managing day-to-day marketing operations and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Creating and curating content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Organizing and managing company presence at industry events and conferences
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Managing relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the tech or medical device sector
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for various marketing formats
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Understanding of content marketing and social media strategies
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, engaging ways
  • Experience working in early stage startups or other high-growth companies
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and relevant experience
  • A willingness to take on high risk, high reward challenges
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
