Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our BCI technology
  • Working with a cross-functional team to align marketing efforts with product development, sales, and business goals
  • Creating and managing content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts
  • Managing the marketing budget and evaluating ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Building and leading the marketing team as the company grows


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the tech or medical device sector
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Experience in brand development and management for innovative technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing messages
  • Experience working in early stage startups or other high-growth companies
  • An advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field and relevant experience
  • A willingness to take on high risk, high reward challenges
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
